This Medical Assistant will work full time as part of a multi-disciplinary team of health care providers to ensure the delivery of quality patient care and treatment at the Eastgate Public Health Center. The incumbent will work as a paraprofessional performing delegated patient care functions under the clinical direction of a physician or nurse practitioner. These functions include but are not limited to invasive procedures and medication administration. The practice emphasis for this position is family health, children and adults.
