Temporary-to-Hire Collection Representatives needed for a busy third party collection agency in Redmond, WA. NO CALLS TO PATIENTS. However, there may be occasional face to face interaction with patients. You will be responsible for contacting insurance companies. You will need strong multitasking skills and you must love working on the phone as this will be key to your success. You will use your basic MS Word and Excel skills and ability to enter data into an existing spreadsheet. Previous medical collection experience is preferred but will consider other types of collection experience.
Job location is Redmond, WA
Compensation: $15 per hour, 40 hours per week

Billing Associate
Individual will be responsible for ensuring payment from patient insurance companies by obtaining appropriate referral paperwork and insurance company authorizations throughout course of care. Additional responsibilities include: patient payment collection, managing last-minute insurance issues, reviewing medical records, insurance referrals/authorizations and to authenticate procedure and diagnosis coding prior to entering into Obstetrix billing system. Requirements: strong working knowledge of medical terminology and obstetrical and/or perinatology ICD and CPT coding, ability to multi-task, strong written and verbal communication skills, and knowledge of office billing forms, insurance & government payer regulations and other third party billing requirements.
