FAST, FUN, AND FRIENDLY SERVICE · Saying “hi” and greeting each guest with a smile and eye contact as soon as they enter the Pharmacy; thanking each guest at the end of the transaction. · Giving guests accurate wait times for their prescriptions. · Respecting guests’ time by striving to provide their prescriptions accurately and when promised. · Aggressively resolving all insurance issues to ensure all prescriptions are filled as soon as possible. · Helping Guests find their over-the-counter products while asking for the pharmacist when counseling is needed. · Driving sales and profit through encouraging guests to sign up for, or use, ClearRx, the Target REDcard, FlavorRx and Pharmacy Rewards. · Using the proper scanning and bagging techniques to check out each guest quickly. · Ringing up cash, check, credit, and other payments accurately; getting authorization for forms of payment that require it. · Calling for change or other supplies ahead of time so guests are not delayed. · Pressing the “Add’l Cashier” button when the 1+1 standard is exceeded. · Delivering proactive guest service by using “Can I help you find something?”
WORKFLOW MAXIMAZATION · Using proper procedures at the Greet/Profile and Register work stations · Helping pharmacists by accurately and efficiently completing as much of the prescription filling process as allowed by law.
GREAT LOOKING STORE · Keeping the register, will-call, and NOP area clean, zoned, and properly maintained to Target Brand standards. · Keeping the pharmacy work area clean and organized as per pharmacy standards of practice. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS · Cheerful and helpful attitude towards guests - demonstrates Fast, Fun and Friendly · Excellent guest service skills · Friendly, upbeat attitude towards other team members · Able to think quickly “on your feet” to resolve guest questions · Able to scan and bag all merchandise · Accurately operate terminals and handle money and other forms of payment, refunds, exchanges, etc. · Read product information, receipts and check/charge documents · Able to scan and/or key appropriate information into terminal · Able to handle guests’ concerns in a professional manner · Must successfully complete the Pharmacy Technician Team Member training program · Basic math skills · High school diploma or equivalent · Telephone etiquette · Able to work a flexible schedule

Pharmacy Tech
In this role the Pharmacy Warehouse Worker:Selects, packs for shipment, receives and restocks a variety of medical products with a high level of accuracy. Maintains accurate inventory using established inventory protocols. Operates motorized forklift, order-pickers, and pallet jacks. Will create, access, research and record operational information using Microsoft Office, Matkon and other computer business programs with proficiency and accuracy. Demonstrates exemplary Customer Service whether interacting face-to-face, by telephone, facsimile or e-mail.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent. Pharmacy Technician license highly preferred. (Pharmacy Tech will be paid Pharmacy Tech wages.)Strong customer service skills. Two years warehouse or pharmacy experience. Two years inventory control & keyboarding experience. Excellent written & verbal communications skills. Washington State Driver License. Capable of bending, walking and standing for long periods of time. Ability to lift up to stand for long periods of time and must be capable of lifting 55 pounds and must be capable of handling weights greater than 55 pounds with assistance. Travel Certified Pharmacy Technician
1. Travel to customers throughout the state and assigned territory and inventory expired pharmaceutical products at customer’s locations.
2. Box and ship the expired pharmaceutical products to a central processing center.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and reflect a professional demeanor at all times.
Equipment or Special Tools Used
1. Reliable transportation a must for local customers. Travel arrangements will be provided for non-local travel
