Knowledge of FHS standards and procedures, and legal regulatory requirements applicable to matters within designated scope of responsibility. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships as required by the duties of the position, including media representatives, physicians, patients, family and community organizations. Ability to use office equipment and automated systems/applications/software at an acceptable level of proficiency. Ability to accurately compile statistical data (adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing). Ability to understand and effectively apply established standards, protocols and procedures. Ability to express ideas and convey information effectively in verbal and written communication. Ability to perform hematocrits.
