Lab Assistant This job is responsible for performing as a "lead" Lab Assistant in directing, obtaining and processing blood for test analysis. An incumbent performs much the same work as described in the Lab Assistant (job code 9260) job description, participating in the day-to-day operations of the work unit, with "lead" work comprising a relatively minor portion of the overall job.
