Job Title: Customer Service Rep (FT)

Description:
Responds to telephone inquiries and orders from homecare patients and referral sources. Provides information on equipment, supplies and services. Determines the best method for providing services. May assist walk-in patients with the selection of equipment, supplies and services.
Other Responsibilities:
Processes telephone orders by preparing patient paperwork
Completes all necessary paperwork in an accurate and efficient manner to facilitate the data entry, accounts receivable and delivery of the order placed
May perform data entry
Coordinates the delivery, set-up and pick-up of equipment, supplies and services with appropriate personnel
Accurately maintains files of all patients account profile information and referral source data
Education and/or experience: Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma is required. At least one year related experience is required.

Job Description:
This position exists to creat an extrodinary environment for our customers by answering the phone and taking prescription refill request. You will assist the pharmacist in filling, stocking and other pharmacy duties as needed.
Requirements:
You must be a certified Pharmacy Technician
1 year retail experience as a Pharmacy Technician
