Administrative Support
We currently have an opening for a Receptionist / Adminstrative Support Specialist in our downtown Seattle facility. This position is responsible for front office duties, coordinating workflow, prioritizing projects, invoicing, purchasing, maintaining accurate paperwork, and ensuring adherence of established expectations and standards, as well as assisting staff with projects. This position will be responsible for supporting our Vice President, Operations Manager and the Account Management team with various duties. Excellent organizational, communication skills, analytical skills, and patience a must. Applicants should have a minimum of 1 year supporting employees/management, as well as an understanding of invoicing and purchasing. The right candidate will maintain motivation, eagerness, professionalism, flexibility, organization and focus in a very demanding environment.
